Pre-AHC appointment checklist
Please ensure you have the following completed prior to your appointment to avoid delays in issuing your certificate. If your appointment is for an EHC a seperate checklist will be emailed to you prior to the appointment.
AHC Checklist
Confirmation
Please ensure you have received an appointment confirmation via email. This will detail the time and location of your appointment. This will also will confirm the price of the appointment. The certificate will not issued until payment is completed.
Vaccination
Please ensure your animals Rabies vaccinations are up to date. Proof of vaccination must be emailed directly to wolfvsahc@gmail.com or you must have a hard copy prior to the appointment. If the rabies vaccination is not up to date a certificate CAN NOT be issued.

**If the booster vaccination has a lapsed, a new course will be needed and a certificate cannot by issued until 21 days post-inoculation **

While regularly scheduled vaccinations are not a requirement for an AHC to be issued we recommend these by up to date for travel. Please ensure you schedule these inoculations appropriately with your GP veterinarian. Generally these will be administered two weeks apart from a Rabies vaccination. Please be mindful a Rabies vaccination and annual vaccinations (in most cases) cannot be administered at the same time.

Regular vaccinations may be required to be up to date for export health certificates.
