Import requirements:

Microchip (ISO compliant)

Valid rabies vaccination given at least 21 days before travel

Valid annual vaccinations

Dogs: Parvovirus, Canine Hepatitis Virus, & Canine Distemper Virus + Leptospirosis

Cats: Feline Pan Leukopenia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus

Import permit from UAE authorities

Export Health Certificate (EHC) issued by an Official Veterinarian (OV)

Internal & external parasite treatment administered within 14 days of travel

Dogs must be on the approved breed list

Rabies antibody titre test (RNATT) may be required depending on pet origin, but exports directly from the UK DO NOT require this
Routes of travel:
There are several routes you can take to fly with your pet to the UAE. Please note that if you are flying with an airline, they may require a Fit to Fly certificate 3-5 days prior to travel, in addition to the standard requirements. Please contact the airline directly to check their requirements.
