Used as one of two ID verifications needed to obtain a 10 day quarantine period (as opposed to 30 days) for pets being exported to Australia. We recommend the second ID verification check to be done by the OV66 Official Veterinarian performing the Rabies Titre Test (RNATT blood test).

Declaration to certify results of a RNATT blood test (Rabies Titre Test). Generally, used for exports. For Australian exports, this document is needed as part of your Import Permit application. In order to qualify for 10 day quarantine this must be performed by an OV66, different to the OV66 vet who performed the RNATT Blood Test.
